For first-time visitors, we recommend booking a free consultation first. An experienced physician will listen to each patient’s skin condition and goals, then propose a suitable plan.

Consultation flow
To help first-time visitors feel at ease, we guide you carefully from consultation through proposal of a treatment plan.
Book a preferred time by phone, LINE, online booking, or the contact form. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment time.
Let the front desk know you have arrived. You will fill out a questionnaire covering your skin concerns, medical history, allergies, and current medications.
An experienced physician will examine your skin condition directly and discuss your concerns and goals. Areas of concern, questions, and any worries about downtime or side effects are explained in full at this stage.
Based on the examination, we present a treatment plan and quotation tailored to you. When more than one option is presented, we explain the advantages and disadvantages of each so that you can choose with full understanding.
Once you are satisfied with the treatment plan, we book your procedure date. For treatments that can be performed the same day, you may proceed directly to the procedure. We accept cash, major credit cards, and electronic payments.
*Visiting just for a consultation is welcome. There is no obligation to receive a procedure that day, so please feel free to come in.

- Is the consultation free?

Yes, consultation and the physician’s examination are free. There is no charge if you choose to leave without receiving a procedure, so please come in with confidence.
- Can I receive a treatment on the same day as the consultation?

Depending on the procedure and that day’s availability, you may be able to proceed to the treatment immediately after the consultation. If you would like to ensure a same-day procedure, please mention this when you book. Some treatments such as surgical procedures cannot be performed on the same day.
- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, etc.), and electronic payments. For higher-priced treatments, medical loans are also available.
- Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellations and changes can be made by phone or LINE by the end of the previous day’s clinic hours. If same-day cancellations or no-shows occur repeatedly, we may decline future bookings.
- Can I learn about downtime and side effects in advance?

Yes. At consultation, the physician explains downtime, side effects, and post-procedure precautions in detail. Please ask any questions without hesitation. Pre-visit consultation via LINE is also available.
- Can minors receive treatment?

Treatment for minors requires a parent or guardian’s consent form. Please either come to your appointment with a parent or guardian or submit the consent form in advance. Some treatments are not available for minors.
- Can men also visit the clinic?

Yes, we welcome many male patients. We offer treatments aimed at men as well, including pigmentation removal, medical hair removal, medical weight loss, and hair-loss treatment. Please feel free to book.
- Can I receive treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?

For safety, some treatments are not available during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please inform us of pregnancy or breastfeeding status when you book and at consultation. The physician will explain which treatments are available.

- Approximately 4 minutes on foot from Exit 6 of “Yabacho” Station on the Subway Meijo Line

Our clinic does not have a dedicated parking lot. If you come by car, please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot. Several time-pay parking lots are available in the Sakae and Yabacho areas.
*We do not offer parking validation, so please plan accordingly. We recommend using public transportation.
*The clinic is not strictly appointment-only, but we recommend booking in advance to reduce wait times.
