Why work with us

VIVIAGE ZONNE CLINIC is committed to building an environment where staff can work with peace of mind for the long term.

Point1

A commitment to attentive medical care

We value medical care that takes time with each patient. Rather than running an assembly line, we provide thorough consultation and examination, and proceed with the procedure only after the patient has given full informed consent.

Point2

Learn from experienced physicians

Our physicians cover a wide range of treatments including lasers, injectables, and surgical procedures, allowing you to learn aesthetic medicine knowledge and technique through practice. With our structured training program, even those without prior experience can build skills step by step.

Point3

Convenient commute

A great location, approximately 4 minutes on foot from Yabacho Station on the Nagoya Municipal Subway Meijo Line. Close to the Sakae area, with convenient access to shopping and dining—making your post-work hours comfortable as well.

Point4

Fixed days off for a balanced work life

Because the clinic is closed on Thursdays and Sundays, it is easier to balance work with personal time. Schedules can be adjusted flexibly based on family circumstances and lifestyle.

Point5

A small, friendly team

As a small team, staff are close to each other and can easily ask questions. We work to maintain an open atmosphere where you can quickly check anything with senior staff or the physician.

Point6

Benefits including staff pricing on treatments

Social insurance, transportation allowance, and paid leave are provided. Staff can receive treatments at our clinic at preferential staff pricing (terms apply).

Point7

A broad clinical setting led by board-certified specialists

Our director is also a board-certified ophthalmologist running a separate practice and handles peri-orbital procedures including blepharoptosis surgery. You can experience an environment that draws on broad expertise across both aesthetic medicine and insurance-covered care.

Frequently asked questions

Can I apply without aesthetic medicine experience?

Yes, candidates without prior experience are welcome. After joining, our orientation and OJT program help you settle into the role step by step. For nurses, experience in dermatology, ophthalmology, or other clinical settings is also valuable.

How much overtime is there?

Most overtime relates to wrapping up after clinic hours. Workload varies, but we are mindful of avoiding routine long overtime hours.

Can I apply for part-time or hourly positions?

Yes. Days and hours per week are negotiable. We are happy to discuss flexible arrangements, including for those raising children or those balancing other work.

Do you consider applicants who would need to relocate?

In principle, we look for candidates who can commute from the Nagoya area. We do not currently provide a relocation support program, but we are happy to discuss individual circumstances.

Can I take maternity and childcare leave?

Yes, maternity leave (pre- and post-partum) and childcare leave are available in accordance with applicable laws. Working arrangements after returning to work can also be discussed based on your life stage.

What is the team composition and age range?

A small team of physicians, nurses, front-desk staff, and counselors. Staff range from their 20s to their 40s, working with mutual respect.

Are there rules on attire, hair color, or nails?

A uniform is provided for working hours. For hair color and nails, we ask staff to maintain a sensible standard that does not make patients uncomfortable. Details are explained at interview.

What is the training program like?

When you join, an in-clinic orientation covers the role, hospitality, and clinic rules. After that, OJT-style training with senior staff supports gradual hand-off of duties. We also support participation in manufacturer-led study sessions and external seminars for those interested.

Can I just visit for a tour?

Pre-application clinic tours and casual conversations are welcome. You can get a feel for the environment first—please feel free to reach out.
