Payment timing	Payment is due on the day of treatment.
Service delivery timing	Treatment is performed on the booked date following consultation.
Booking changes & cancellations	・Notice given by 23:00 two days before the appointment: no charge ・Cancellation from the day before: a cancellation fee may apply (varies by treatment) ・Same-day no-show: a cancellation fee will apply
Refund policy	Due to the nature of self-pay aesthetic medicine, refunds are generally not available once treatment has been performed. Unused course sessions may be refundable through a designated procedure. Please discuss details during consultation.
Results & risks	Outcomes vary by individual; effects and recovery differ from person to person. For side effects, risks, and downtime, please refer to the “Important notes” section on each treatment page. For treatments using non-Japanese-approved medications or devices, please refer to the “Self-pay treatment / drug information” disclosure on each treatment page.
Non-approved drugs & devices	Some treatments at this clinic use medications or devices that are not approved in Japan. These are obtained via personal-import under the responsibility of the attending physician, and their use is outside the coverage of Japan’s Pharmaceutical Side Effects Relief System.
